| State DOT changes for the better |

Change is coming to the state Department of Transportation, and not a day too soon. The Legislature had to be nudged, pushed, chided and threatened (with ending the session without a new state budget) for DOT reform to become law. Unfortunately, legislators stopped short of the total package of changes needed at DOT, and they should be open to revisiting this issue next year. Read more: |
