Documentary focuses on women in politics |
Coastal Carolina will host a documentary about women and politics at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the Wall Auditorium.“Running in High Heels” focuses on the campaign of a 29-year-old woman running for a seat in the New York State Senate. It will include interviews and comments from women on the left and right of the political spectrum.Holley Tankersley, assistant professor of politics at Coastal Carolina, and Julinna Oxley, assistant professor of philosophy, will host a discussion after the film, which is free and open to the public.
